Remodel in February-March 2023. The LVP floors in Gray Ash with new molding and underlayment were installed by RC Willey. The remodel in both bathrooms with new toilets, vanities, sinks, lights, mirrors, updated closets and full unit repainting was completed at the same time. Then new carpet with bonded prime moisture padding in both bedrooms and custom steps were installed in 2023. New stove and the fridge were installed in 2022. The total cost of these upgrades was around $30,000.in 2023.Includes w/dryer
